A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is handled by the provider serving that result path; this site does not retain a copy of the query. A message sent to us contains only the details included in that message and is used to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting services create ordinary logs such as IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. Those records are reviewed in aggregate for maintenance and readership patterns. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, where used, advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
Technical information helps operate the service, diagnose faults, measure traffic, and improve Portsmouth records pages. Visitor lists are not sold and individual visitor profiles are not created.

Code Title 59.1 Chapter 53, including §59.1-577, provides authenticated consumers with access, correction, deletion, portability, and specified opt-out rights where it applies. Because this service retains very little, a request normally involves checking the contact mailbox and available technical logs, then removing responsive information where appropriate. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by Virginia or Portsmouth City custodians are outside this service’s control and must be addressed with the relevant custodian.
